Hari2cuci Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1 Introduction

Welcome to hari2cuci, an online casino and Sports Betting platform operated for Malaysian users. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and hari2cuci ("Company", "we", "platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hari2cuci platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the hari2cuci platform immediately and contact our customer support team to close your account if required.

2 User Eligibility

To register for and use the hari2cuci platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a country or territory that prohibits the use of online gambling services.
• Have never been banned or suspended from the hari2cuci platform previously.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

Hari2cuci reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Users who fail to verify their eligibility within the stipulated timeframe may have their platform access suspended until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the hari2cuci platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all funds held within them.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name as shown on your ID, a valid email address, a Malaysian phone number, and your correct date of birth. Providing false information may result in account closure without notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your hari2cuci account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone — including family members or friends. hari2cuci will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Hari2cuci conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of our commitment to anti-money laundering compliance. Users may be required to submit a copy of their MyKad or valid passport, proof of current address, and any other supporting documents as needed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hari2cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at hari2cuci is RM10 per transaction. Accepted deposit methods include:

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals requiring additional verification may take up to 24 business hours.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hari2cuci offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for members, including Welcome Bonus worth up to RM1,000. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once (1) per user, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly as cash.
• The rollover requirement must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Hari2cuci reserves the right to void any bonus if a user is suspected of abusing a promotion.
• Bonuses have a set validity period; any unused bonus will expire automatically once that period has elapsed.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will be dealt with accordingly.

5.1 Rollover and Wagering Requirements

The rollover requirement is the total wagering amount that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Rollover is calculated based on actual bets placed — not on winnings. The applicable rollover rate depends on the bonus package selected: Casino & Slots Package (15x bonus amount), Sports Betting Package (1x bonus amount), and Combined Package (10x bonus amount).

6 Game Rules

All games offered on hari2cuci — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker), progressive jackpots, fishing games, and Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports) — are subject to individual game rules available within the platform.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent certification body.
• Game results are final and binding and may not be disputed unless a verifiable technical error is involved.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, hari2cuci will resolve the issue based on the server records on file.
• Sports bets will be voided if a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, and the stake will be refunded to the user's account.
• Odds and betting markets are subject to change until a bet has been confirmed by the system.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the hari2cuci platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on hari2cuci.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illicit financial activity through the platform.
• Sharing your account or granting another party access to use it.
• Abusing the bonus, promotion, or offer system in ways that were not intended.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting members of the hari2cuci team or other users.
• Attempting to access or modify the platform's backend systems, databases, or source code.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, freezing of all funds, and legal action where applicable.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Hari2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that a user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform.

8.1 Closure Requested by User

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings page or by contacting hari2cuci customer support. All valid remaining balances will be returned within 7 business days upon completion of the verification process.

8.2 Effects of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether at the user's request or initiated by hari2cuci — all unused bonuses will be forfeited immediately. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the original payment method used.

9 Liability Limit

Hari2cuci provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no ongoing warranties regarding its availability or suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, hari2cuci is not liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to issues on the payment provider's end.
• Data loss resulting from device failure or the user's internet connection.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Hari2cuci's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Hari2cuci takes the protection of users' personal data seriously, in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All information collected from users is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the hari2cuci platform shall first be referred to amicable negotiation between the user and hari2cuci.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the rules of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA).

Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal action arising from or relating to this agreement.
